At a special ceremony, Las
Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman received a framed hand-embellished canvas giclee
from Vladimir Gorsky of his "Miracle in the Desert." Two years in
the making, Gorsky's 12 1/2 by 7 1/2 foot panoramic mixed media panting of
the legends and icons of Las Vegas was then placed on exhibition in the
